Suzano is a city of 300,000 twenty miles outside of Sao Paulo, the largest city and business center of Brazil.  The delegation from Lauderhill included Commissioner Dale Holness, Lauderhill Arts Center Director Tonietta Walters, her sister and dance artist Charm Walters, visual artist Francesca Lelanne, and Community Redevelopment Director Donald Giancoli.  Each participant personally paid the full cost of their travel and lodging.
